Job Description:
We are looking for Security minded people to join our team in McMinnville Oregon.
The ideal candidate should be a naturally observant person that is willing to continuously learn and grow as a person.
Our team members are primarily responsible for maintaining a physical presence on the facility property and addressing concerns of criminal activity, suspicious activity, theft, vandalism, medical incidents and the general protection of client staff and property.
We provide uniforms and equipment necessary to be successful in this position.
This is an excellent opportunity rather you are entry level looking for a new path in life or the experienced person that knows what you want.
Our company is also small enough for you to have access to management when you need it, not at management's convenience.
Our only requirements for you to work for us is that you have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license and the ability to work in the United States, if this sounds like something you want to be part of please apply.
We can accommodate most availabilities as we have both full time and part time available.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to client staff and visitors Patrol premises via company supplied vehicle to maintain a presence Sign in/out people and vehicle traffic entering or leaving the property Secure doors and perimeter gates Respond to alarms (such as fire alarms or temp alarms) within the facility, and determine if additional resources are needed Follow-up on client staff reports (such as reported vehicle accidents, trespassers or suspicious persons) Turn in daily activity reports and other daily paperwork Skills:
Observation skills (notice minor details or minor changes within your environment) Ability & willingness to learn new things Customer service skills (we provide excellent customer service to our clients and their visitors) We would prefer you have your Unarmed Security Certification when you apply.
