By gathering and analyzing patient data and health outcomes, they will evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery and identify areas for improvement.
Additionally, they serve as patient advocates, ensuring that patients and their families needs and concerns are addressed by the care team and helping them navigate through the healthcare system.
