As the Operations Specialist, you would provide leadership and operational coverage for executive director and administrator roles to maintain and stabilize communities.
The Operations Specialist is instrumental in training new executive directors, opening new communities, and covering for executive directors and other key community positions during vacations and vacancies.
This position requires flexibility and travel for extended periods of time as this position supports our 19 communities in Oregon and Montana.
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive director in a senior living community Proven track record of leading teams and achieving successful operational outcomes Prior experience managing multiple projects and deadlines Administrator's license or willingness to obtain Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
