This leadership role will be responsible for the day-to-day production operations in our timber frame and construction shop in McMinnville Oregon, working closely with our team of carpenters, craftspeople, and division managers to ensure the shop runs smoothly and we meet our production schedule and deadlines.
The ability to lead a dedicated team of craftspeople, inspire and mentor less experienced coworkers, and high-level organizational skills are required.
Required
Experience:
3-5 years of proven leadership ability in a production setting.
Strong operational and production scheduling ability.
Understanding of basic engineering principals and production methods/standards.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and production machinery.
Preferred
Experience:
Prior experience with timber frame construction and/or High-Performance building methods.
