The News-Register The News-Register McMinnville, OR McMinnville, OR Part-time Part-time $15 an hour $15 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago The News-Register, a locally owned and operated community newspaper publishing company, seeks a detail-oriented person to provide administrative support to the sales team by coordinating internal processes and procedures and facilitating communication between internal and external resources, including clients, operations, creative/production teams and sales consultants.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting advertising reps and sales manager with print and digital advertising proofing/approvals - Invoicing - Processing digital and print insertion orders - Implementing ad order input within order entry system - Generating reports for sales, production, and management teams - Manages the creation and production for sales and marketing tools for sales team - Maintains client advertising schedules - Updates and maintains production calendar schedule for all special sections and publications - Oversees e-Commerce site with sales and distribution - Coordinates special section advertising with sales consultants - Coordinates house ads with production dept.
The prime candidate has excellent project management skills and problems solving abilities; works well in a team environment; functions at a high level on deadlines; is able to multi-task and prioritize; and is capable of learning processes and programs unique to the advertising industry.
This is a part-time position.
Once training is complete, the job can be performed either in-office or remotely, or a mix of the two.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
